We recently moved to Florida and bought a home in Apollo Beach. We bought a fixer upper. Alvaro was hired to test and evaluate our ac/ heat system on a reccomendation from my sister and brother in law. Are we glad we used Alvaro. He pointed out that we had a builder grade cut the corners ventilation system that builders installed to save money. He explained how a proper system ventilated the house and ours was a mess. After having him evaluate and estimate the repairs we gave him the job. The system in the house now ventilates correctly and is an amazing difference in not only the temperature in the house but how the system works. It distributes the air far more evenly and lowered our energy bill because the system is not working so hard to keep up. Alvaro is one of the most knowledgeable, friendly , and professional AC technicians I have ever used. No one will ever work on a/c /heating again but Alvaro. I highly recommend his and his company.
